PRODUCTS WE APPROVE
Note: Not all of these products below are completely free of comedogenic ingredients. It may sometimes be difficult to find skin care that is 100% ideal, and so over time we have experimented with different products, and found a few which may contain small amounts of ingredients we do not recommend, but we have had no problems with the products ourselves. To alert you to those products, we include an asterisk * next to that product, so you will know it does contain some comedogenic ingredients. You may wish to avoid them, or you may wish to try them and see whether they cause a reaction. When starting out, it’s probably best to avoid the * products, but once you’re clear, you can experiment if you’d like, and see whether you get a reaction.
Also, be sure to check ingredients in these products yourself – because ingredients can change over time. Companies may reformulate and so something that was on our “okay” list when we added it here, may no longer be the same ingredients six months later.
